  1. The promoters are imago stock&people GmbH and imago sportfotodienst GmbH, whose registered office is at Berliner Str. 16, 13127 Berlin, Germany in collaboration with GOAT Media GmbH (Women's Game), whose registered office
     is at Limburger Str. 42a, 61462 Koenigstein im Taunus, Germany. 
  2. The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. 
  3. The competition is not affiliated with any team/player or brand and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by any team/player or brand depicted on the post and prizes.

Participation/procedure

  1. The competition is open to all people aged 16 years or over except employees of imago stock&people GmbH, imago sportfotodienst GmbH and GOAT Media GmbH and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  2. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. All incomplete or illegible entry, any entries that we receive from you that are in excess of any entry limit described above, any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or any entrant who tampers with the entry process or is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or engages in any un-sportsman-like or dishonest conduct of any kind will be automatically disqualify. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of imago stock&people GmbH, imago sportfotodienst GmbH and GOAT Media GmbH, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  4. The participant shall not be entitled to a refund of the fees if he or she is disqualified from the event as a result of an infringement of these conditions or any such rules and regulations.
  5. Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by tagging other Instagram users in the comments of the specified post from January 30, 2024 by @imagoimages.sports and @womens.game, following those Instagram profiles (+@imago.images), liking and commenting their respective choice.
  6. Closing date for entry will be February  6, 2024. After this date  no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 
  7. The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a randomized picking tool. The promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

Prizes

  1. The winner will receive one sports jersey of either Aitana Bonmatí (FC Barcelona) or Sam Kerr (Chelsea FC) in their chosen size.
  2. Participation is only allowed once per person.
  3. The right to win is not transferable. Cash payment of the prizes or any substitute prizes is not possible.

Determining the winners

  1. One winner among all participants will be determined by non-public drawing after the closing date. The winner will be informed of his/her prize by personal message to his/her Instagram profile. The winner must confirm the prize by stating first name, last name, date of birth and postal address until February 13, 2024, 11:59 pm CET via e-mail to social@imago-images.de or Instagram personal message, otherwise the claim to the prize expires and a new winner is determined with a new randomized draw.

Rights of use

  1. By entering your entry, you agree with imago stock&people GmbH and imago sportfotodienst GmbH that, in order to take part in the competition, your entry and the Instagram profile name you used to enter the competition as well as - in the case of a win - your first and last name, your age and your postal address will be stored and processed. Your consent also includes your consent to be contacted by personal Instagram message to your Instagram profile through which you entered the contest in case you win. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current German data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Participants may at any time withdraw the permission for use/storage of their data by sending an e-mail to contact@imago-images.de, and thus withdraw from participating in the sweepstakes.

Miscellaneous

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
